Awesome experience checked with competitors totally off the wall rude . Tom on the other hand took the time and pleasurably gave and answered all questions and gave the best advice out there . Trust me I deal with the public and people daily and you can tell he loves what he does and is a true pleasure to deal with ! Purchased two sleds from N. Syracuse Lawn and Snow.  Rick was very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent service.  In the past, I called for a replacement part. Rick had the part ready when I arrived and I was in and out within an hour.  Great Service!!!

Get what I need, and relatively fast. The mower I have is a John Deere and this is the closest location to me. This visit I was looking for maintenance items. They sell everything needed in a box kit. Quite convenient but a little over priced.
When I asked for an oil filter wrench I was shown a wrench that was supposed to fit right over the filter, however, it did not. Actually none of their wrenches did. Good thing I tested it before purchase.

Another item needed was a small lock washer. They had this item as well. When I asked about how to perform a simple maintenance  task the man who was helping me had no idea how to do it. This should have been an easy answer. It was very surprising that he couldn't help in that regard.

This is really one of those businesses that unless they plain suck entirely, you'll most likely return. That being said though, if you can figure out what part you need and are capable of performing repairs and maintenance on your own, it'd be better if you ordered parts online. If possible in the future I'll try to find my parts online to save money. For emergencies I may have to return here.

Only John Deere place around, parts take forever. May be looking into online shopping in the future

Bought a Honda generator there had trouble with it brought it back for warranty work said if it had anything to do with the carburetor was not covered and it would be  months before they could get to it. And the lady was very rude about it would never go there again

These guys were my first stop because they are the local dealer when I started looking for a new lawn tractor. I spoke to the salesman and he assured me that I should purchase from them because they can offer so much better service than a big box store.The first question they asked is do you want it to last 3 years or 5 years?  They went through the features of the models and I ended settling on a more middle of the road model, $3,000. I also ended up buying from them based upon their assurance of service after the sale.  After 11 hours the unit failed to move. The transmission would not engage. I called them and they said it would be a minimum $55 for them to pick it up and then a fee to look at it. They also said it probably wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what about the good service they assured me of. They said they couldn't help me unless I paid them too. So I have a $3,000 door stop that mowed my lawn 5 times. Needless to say I will never go back.

Brought in our weed whacker/ edger to be repaired.    It was actually running when it was brought in but definitely in need of repair.  After a week or so I received a phone call saying it couldn't be fixed.  I was asked if I wanted to give my credit card so they could charge me $40 and they would dispose of the weed whacker/ edger for me.  I explained we would be there the next day to pick it up and pay the $40.  I was given my equipment literally back in pieces.  I  actually had no way to tell if all the parts were even there.  I paid the $40 and took my pieces with me.  I never said anything because I thought they may actually try to charge me to put it back together.  I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They possess the expertise to answer questions and get the right item. Very helpful and seems to always have what I need. Prices are high, but have not shopped around to know if it is competitive. John Deere is an excellent mower.
