  What started out as an optimistic process ended in frustration and disappointment. Our issues resinate a lot with the other ratings from other customers. Big promises, but no follow through. We signed a contract and paid in full that would guarantee our plantings for a year and that was not held up on this his part. We planted many trees and perennials that did not make it and were never replaced as promised. After MANY voice messages, texts, and emails without response left us with a disgusted feeling for how much we paid. Then, finally after months of trying to get through, we FINALLY got a call back to meet about what need to be replaced. We went over everything that we were unhappy about and he even set up a time to come back to replace and then never showed up!! He was unable to reach again. To me, this was a bad investment. I would not recommend this company to do work. Too bad.

  I wish there was only 1 thing I was unhappy with after spending the money we spent but there is a list. I have had a few landscapers over to Provide quotes on fixing the issues and they all were shocked with how it was left. We hired mark to put in a new walkway, retaining wall and a lot of fill to help with water issues. He has admitted that many of these issues were incorrect and has said he would be back to fix them but now will not return my messages and 2 years later has not fixed anything. 1. Mark did not honor the contract which stated he would bury the downspouts. Not a huge deal, however he left a huge mound of topsoil in the middle of the yard so now the water comes down the downspout and is pitched back toward our house. This is a big deal because there is a substantial amount of water now that sits by our foundation. 2. The retaining wall is failing and mark will not return my messages to fix it. It currently is sunken in with all the dirt coming out of the bottom. 3. Mark admittedly applied the polymeric sand on when the pavers were wet. This made it dry on top of the pavers. He said he would send guys over many times to fix this but after 2 years has not.

  The owner, Mark never came back to finish the punchlist items after collecting payment. Several attempts were made to contact him by phone and were not returned. I discourage anyone from going with this company. Huge disappointment for what we paid to get done.
