Noe and his crews do beautiful work, he’s taken care of my family for years now, always prompt, always kind. They make everything look so clean and picturesque, and they’re so fast!! Plus I love that they can do the extra stuff for us when needed, trim up a difficult to reach hedge, clean out the rain gutters, or hang Christmas lights. Truly a wonderful company.

They were easy to talk to on the phone. They came out when they said they would. They had commercial equipment. They did what I asked and they did a fabulous job! I will be using them on a weekly basis! Updated 6/23/19... I had prepaid for a month of service for May. The team would typically come out on Wednesday. The last day they were suppose to mow, it rained and they did not come out. I expected they would come out later that week and finish my service off for the month. I called that Friday evening and left a message saying that I expected my yard would be mowed. I expected to receive a call Monday, but did not. I went ahead and mowed my yard that evening. I expected to see the the team the next Wednesday. I was gone for about an hour and a half Wednesday. My yard was not mowed that day. I sent a certified letter Thursday to the company requesting my money back. I got a call from their secretary Friday apologizing for not returning my call earlier and not having my yard mowed. She explained the team had been out to my house that Wednesday and she sent me the invoice for it. I had asked to speak with the owner but he was out of town for the next week and a half. I never got a return phone call from him, but I did get a check in the mail for the work that was not completed. I was disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. I felt like my business was not important to the company since they missed 2 weeks of work. I felt like the company just did not want to talk with me. I felt that the company was being dishonest when they said they mowed my yard and they did not. I can understand a business wanting to take evidence that they completed the work, but it is unfortunate that a home owner has to take evidence that work was not performed and they themselves had to complete the work that they had paid for and expected to be done. I tried posting videos that I have of the yard of the yard before and after I mowed it, but I am getting an error when trying to post. I will try again later, but I might not be allowed to post more than a certain amount of footage.
