  Totally overcharged me. Used less than $100 in materials and had 2 people at my house for about 1-2 hours to spread seed, fertilizer and lime and charged me $600 (property is less than 1/3 acre). Broke some things on my property he never replaced or offered to pay for. Of course I didn't realize the cost of materials and time when I agreed and didn't realize until after the work was done it would take less than 2 hours. I was really ignorant to the costs and effort required, so shame on me, but he gouged me. Weed Man did the same work for $140. Terrible avoid at all costs.
