  Would not ever recommend this business to anyone. Came out and did the estimate on my yard and everything was cool. I hired the company based off meeting owner and seeing reviews, and they started the following Monday. After the first cut I noticed that some weed eating had not been done properly. I texted and asked for it to be done the next time. No problem was the response. Second cut I was asked to move my pathway lights when they came to cut. I stated I wasn't going to move them and put them back every week. After the second cut they quit. I could have moved the lights to inside the path probably to avoid issue but wasn't even a discussion, just quit. This tells me that unless your yard is super easy and they can get in and out in 15-20 minutes, they don't want to do it. Update after owner response. 1) if you couldn’t see the obvious spots missed while weed eating you shouldn’t be in this business, seriously. 2) If you can’t accept a customer politely asking you to ensure something is done correctly, you shouldn’t be in this business. 3) At no point did you make mention of the reasoning behind moving my lights. Ample space around them to avoid hitting with mower or weed eater. Lastly, I would be grateful for the final cut had you not butchered my yard during your tantrum.

  This is why I decided that I wasn’t going to do your property any longer. After the first cut you mentioned some issues, I didn’t just respond no problem. I stated I would address it and I came back and looked around and didn’t see any missed spots. I still talked with the team about paying attention. I also didn’t get a response when I texted you back. Then today I asked if you could move some lights because they were in the way and I didn’t want them to be damage. I get a solid no I’m not going to do that every week. At that point it was made clear that you don’t value our Service. Then your smart, sarcastic and belittling text I received after I politely let you know that we would not be handling your service any longer and issued a refund. Class act!!!! I also made sure your yard was cut to give you time to find someone else instead of ghosting you like many others would have done. Unfortunately there are times when things don’t work out. I would think you would have been appreciative that I left your property maintained and refunded your money, but apparently not. I believe this speaks volume and shows anyone that reads your comment the ability to make their own decisions on what type of business owner I am.

  We would highly recommend Never Look Back Lawn Service. We were in the process of preparing to sell our home. We had already moved across the state. The lawn service that we went with originally was unable to keep our lawn neat and tidy so the realtor could show the house at any time, any day. I was lucky enough to find Never Look Back Lawn Service. I contacted William and explained our dilemma. He went right away and looked at our property. Called me back the next day with a very reasonable quote. We gave him the green light and he took care of our property perfectly until we were able to sell our house! Any concern I had, I would just contact William and he handled it without any issues. Thank you so much William. Knowing you had everything under control was one less thing for us to worry about!!
