Neptune Nursery is our favorite!! Everyone who works there is incredibly nice and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Whenever we call to order plants or sod their response is immediate and they get your project done right away. If you are looking for someone to complete your landscaping project quickly, beautifully, and reliably then Neptune Nursery is definitely who you should call for your next project!

Was happy to find out they were open on Sunday and I was able to get sod done before the rain.  Great quality and great price, so much cheaper than my alternatives. Won't go anywhere else for sod from now on and will have to check out what else they have.

Maite, Jorge and William did an exceptional job from start to finish with replacing my lawn.  It's all in the prep and the entire crew did a great job with  the sod cutting, removal and grading.  Plus the rest of the gang in the office kept checking in to let us know everything was on schedule every step of the way.  Neptune replaced my sister-in-law's lawn a year ago and now we both have the best lawns in the neighborhood bar none.  We're fortunate to have a local sod farm next door that's top notch.

Very good to deal with. Came through in a pinch. Called on a Monday and had 25 pallets delivered within two days. Very affordable, and great to deal with. I would recommend them. Using them for more services.

carlos came out and gave estimate and after much knowledge explainations on variations of sod that would work best, he explained the palmetto version of st augustine would be my best choice due to trees and shade.. the crew showed up and due to heavy wet rains , sod cutter was not going to work so crew busted butt and did most old sod removal by hand.. 10 days later which we agreed to let soil dry and they came and laid sod per my demands in a  staggered direction..5 starts and very professional job.. pricing was better then most and will use them in future

Just wanted to thank the excellent staff you had installing my sod this morning. I contacted you yesterday morning, Carlos came out shortly thereafter, and he signed me up to have my backyard re-sodded. They came out late afternoon yesterday to prep, then early this morning for the installation. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. A few hours later I had nice green grass again. Thanks so much for the great customer service, professionalism and quality sod.

I used them to install a pallet of sod and bring in some fill and they were priced reasonably, did an excellent job, extremely responsive and knowledge able. I later went to the nursery to buy some additional sod as I needed a few more pieces and was pleasantly surprised to find there sod pieces to be half the price of home depot, and clearly much higher quality. Also they loaded it for me. Highly recommend this nursery!

It’s special when folks just want to help and do right. That’s the crew at Neptune Nursery. We hired them to replace a botched sod job from a previously relieved landscaper. Carlos came out and gave us an initial quote and it was remarkably fair and he spent way more time than he should have explaining various options, the risks associated with my initial request and some welcome suggestions for items that they don’t even do. I agreed on some additional plants and went over to their shop in Palm City to pick them out. We had a change of heart on a few plant choices and Aimee spent time emailing and texting additional options and the actual plants they picked for us to confirm they worked ahead of install.

The day before install, Carlos called and said the  rain was making getting the best sod cut a challenge and wanted to push off install a few days. Was the same on next install day - but he called ahead of time to discuss options - hey, they can’t control the rain. I didn’t have to stay on them at all for rescheduling. Carlos was heading out of town for a week and asked if we could do it the Monday he returned as he wanted to supervise the job himself and expected to be dry by then - which I was fine and appreciative of. He called me the Friday before he was to leave and offered up a crew the next day. He said we could stick with the original date when he returned or he would come by on the way out of town and show his guy exactly what needed to be done - we agreed to do that. They spent 20 minutes briefing the job and agreed to arrive at 8:30 the following morning. Next AM at 8:20 (not late) the team showed up and asked me to confirm the plantings and project details which the relayed in exacting detail - nice job Carlos.

Day of job Aimee and I communicated on a few items that we missed and I asked if we can schedule time the following week - happy to pay for the additional delivery. She said let’s get it done today and we selected some plants via back and forth via text and then sent them out within an hour to the team on site. Entire project, with changes, happily and expertly done in one day and to exacting specifications.

Through the day, the team checked in to make sure we were happy and left the yard in great shape - cleaning up and leaving little trace of them being here other than the 20 new plants and three pallets of sod.

Pricing was fair. Timing was exceptional. Support was remarkable. Experience left me looking forward to the next time we work with them. Thanks Carlos, Aimee and the rest of the Neptune team!
