  We used Neisen for a little over a year, and overall had only a handful of issues with their job performance (some damaged personal property but nothing major). However, we had a number of issues with lacking professionalism and failure to appropriately communicate. I would caution anyone considering using them on any kind of regular basis without a fair amount of oversight to be sure that you will be charged only for the work that you request. The owner was quite rude and disrespectful any time we challenged the work being done.
