  Update: the company reached out to me and is going to continue to try and alleviate my mosquito issue which is wonderful. Like I said below, the employees have always been timely and courteous. I am changing my two star review to a four star for the simple fact that they are truly diligent in trying to make things right. Multiple call backs on mosquito treatment and weed treatment. Still swarmed with both weeds and skeeters. Very kind and timely, products don’t work. Seriously don’t understand. Our family hasn’t been able to be outside all year, and I’m filling with seed the crabgrass and other weeds I’ve had to pull by hand.

  I had 1 treatment in April. Hadn't seen them all summer until I called in late September and was told that they were scheduled to come out that week I called. I don't know much about lawn care applications but I know you don't wait 5 to 6 months between applications. Yard was a mess all summer after paying up front cost. When I called they could've at least tried to make it right

  I had a call from the Corp. office after my review was posted. I hated to do that but I felt I did not get the service I paid for. They called me and made it right after he read my review great customer service . Craig was such a nice person to talk to and told me they would be back out to redo my service. Thank you for listening . I will be back for your services .
