  Due to the unprofessional nature of their administrative staff, their service will not be utilized any longer. One of the individuals that worked in their office argued at length with a customer about wanting to modify their service from weekly to bi-weekly. The office staff member that was talked to was extremely unprofessional and often likened their customers to "children that needed to be guided" into choosing the correct service. That being said, the field staff did do an excellent job when on site. I would recommend that this company attempt hiring more professional office personnel before they lose more customers.

  Nature Cuts, Inc. has been my lawn care service for several years. Prior to securing the services of Nature Cuts Inc., I had service from two lawn care services. The quality of Nature Cuts, Inc. lawn care products and the commitment of the personnel who service my lawn has been Outstanding for the years the business has serviced my lawn. What is exceptional about this lawn care service is its commitment to provide competent, trained employees who are committed to to working with its customers and addressing any questions/concerns its customers have concerning the development and maintenance of their lawns throughout the year. Whether it is weed control, lawn pests control or lawn diseases, the staff of Nature Cuts, Inc. work have worked with me to ensure my lawn treated professionally and, when unexpected problems occur due to extreme weather conditions, Nature Cuts, Inc. are committed to working with its customers to address those conditions affecting the health/appearance of the lawn.

  Nature Cuts is a wonderful company to work with! They always responded in a timely fashion to my requests for quotes on mowing, weed control, lawn fertilization, grub control, and snow removal with very reasonable rates. They schedule the work and follow through in a reliable manner. Their staff and crew are polite and go out of their way to make certain their customers are satisfied. I have been a more than satisfied customer for 5 years and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care and snow plowing needs.
