We’ve been using NatureCare for just over 2 years for our lawn. Every spring, our property is the talk of the neighborhood, due to the beautiful seasonal color installations provided by Nature Care’s knowledgeable staff. Our regular maintenance team is efficient and leaves our property looking sharp. All of the ladies in the office are very professional- and where helpful with addressing any concerns regarding scheduling, project details, and updates we needed. They are busier in the spring- but despite being fully booked due to last years freeze in February- they still made our project a priority. We cannot recommend their services highly enough- terrific family run local business.

I have used this company for several years for my lawn mowing and fertilizing. Their crews always do a wonderful job. I recently had a rotting back retaining wall replaced by them. It is such an improvement! We followed up with a complete front yard landscape replacement. The curb appeal change is amazing. Faron did an outstanding job with design and plant choices. He also stayed within my budget. The employees are courteous and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you for your response. I just wanted to bring a couple of things to your attention if possible, - Hope the phone conversation was recorded so if you really care I suggest you listen to it. - I agree you chemical treated my lawn for the last 4yrs and I was a loyal "trusted customer" till I was not satisfied with the service you provided in February and April. Since I called to cancel go ahead refund the amount you didn't provided service for and let's call it a day. I've been a customer almost 4 years. I never have to call to complain till recently. Paid my dues on November 2020 and approved full year charge in January 2021 they fail to do so. I had to call again they charged the remaining full year. Then they charged small fee the next month when I called they apologized reverse the fee. But the service was very poor. They don't take care the lawn the way they use to. Although they claim they provided the service the weeds taking over the lawn when called their respond was the rain. I called again today after a month for lack of service to cancel my service the secretary Chloe was unprofessional not following any ethics and trying to talk over me repeatedly at first I asked respectfully to let me talk but afterwards I couldn't take her ignorance not to recognize my request to speak with a management. When the company was owned by Gino it was awesome. I think they're only there because of Gino's reputation. Not reliable or professional. Please watch you bill closely, I wouldn't trust them. I'm waiting to see my refund.

Ms. Telila, you have made several erroneous claims that we take serious issue with. To begin, you are a chemical only customer. The chemical contract, which you agreed to when you enrolled in service, includes 6 applications over the course of 12 months. Applications are done every two months. According to our records, you were serviced in February and April, meaning you were due for service in June, not May. In fact, you were on our schedule for June application until you cancelation. As for the state of your lawn, you are a chemical only customer. We do not handle the mowing and regular maintenance of your property. That being said, the owner has been to your property to offer a free consultation. He informed you that the standing water, once a month mowing, broken sprinkler system, and failure to water in chemical treatments would all negatively impact the overall appearance of your property. Despite all of those challenges, our chemical technician has noted a marked improvement in the quality of your property since we began servicing it. Regarding your issues with service, it is highly unethical for you to misrepresent the event so gratuitously. Do you think screaming at an employee so loud that the entire office staff can hear you is a respectful way to begin a conversation or request assistance? Because that’s what you did. Multiple members of the staff can attest to this. In terms of requesting to speak with management, you were speaking with management. Chloe is not the secretary, but rather the office manager. She offered to have the chemical team return your call with more specific information relating to your issues, but you refused and met her with hostility. You demanded to speak with the owner, who is out on landscaping jobs and not in office. When Chloe informed you of this, you continued to browbeat and berate her before cancelling your account. You called back to continue the abuse, at which point we felt it unnecessary to subject a member of our staff to such horrible treatment. Finally, the comments you made about the quality of our business and the ethics of our business practices are not only inappropriate but also entirely untrue. Any mischarge that might occur is immediately refunded or credited to the account depending on the preferences of the customer. To imply that we would ever steal from our customers is disgusting. Faron, the current owner of NatureCare, has been in business since 1984. The change in ownership has increased the number of customers, many of whom have been with Faron since the beginning. You clearly displayed your ignorance in your tirade both on the phone and here. You should be ashamed of yourself for the abuse you inflicted on Chloe, who did nothing but try and find you a workable solution. Other businesses would be wise to make note of this type of conduct before trusting and doing business with you. Our records of the phone call are clear. We stand by our original statement. As stated in the aforementioned phone conversation, a refund has been issued. Quit trying to drag our good name through the mud.
