Having a green healthy lawn has has become a bit of an obsession for my husband.  Thank you Natural for providing bliss for my husband.  Tracy is great, she is so patient with all my husband's concerns and questions. She is his lawn Oracle.  She never seems to mind chatting about grass with him. Thanks Tracy from a grateful wife. 😉  I just also want to add that a healthy lawn is a collaboration, it's important that its cut and watered at the appropriate time and amount.

This is my second year using Naturalawn and I am very pleased with the service.  John F., my lawn specialist, is very knowledgeable.   I really like that I get the same person for every service.  It really makes me feel better knowing that the same person is in my yard and knows that I have dogs and is familiar with my gate lock.  And my lawn has never looked better!

Excellent quality, natural products that don’t harm pollinators or wildlife. We are very happy with them. And we love Tracy, the specialist who has taken care of our lawn for several years. The WORST customer service and lack of professionalism of any lawn company we have ever used.  We paid up front for supposedly a soil test (never saw results of one) and weed control over the course of the season.   We had to call the first time because they rang the doorbell and then left.  The second time they came, I had to call and find out where they were since it was at the end of the time period they told us them would arrive.   We supposedly got grub control and crabgrass prevention and I have more crabgrass than regular grass so not sure what they consider prevention.    The guy shows up and buzzes around the lawn at a very high speed and that is supposed to be a thorough look at problems to be spot treated?    Lawn has never looked worse.   We canceled and to their credit, they honored a refund;  but, seriously felt as though we were screwed.  We will never again use this company.

Also, the response from NaturaLawn, to my review, is a LIE.  We never said don't treat the first time till we talk to you.  We said if we seed we will let you know.   Also, we never said we seeded areas and you shouldn't put down crabgrass treatment.

We're sorry you're disappointed—it's not our intention. We knocked and left the first time due to the log notes stating you wanted to speak with someone before the first application was applied, and unfortunately no one answered. Crabgrass is prevalent in areas we did not use the reducer due to you letting us know you seeded those areas, and the reducer would stop germination and growth. We provided a full refund.
