  Do not use them! When I contacted them in the Fall of 2020 they said that for $500, or $450 if I paid up front, they would aerate and seed, then fertilize and do grub control in the Spring, and that they were about two weeks out. Sounded good, so I paid $450. What they didn't tell me was that they were two weeks out from when they would call and give me a date, so that when they finally came, our irrigation system was off so the seeding was worthless, and the aeration just allowed lots of weeds and spider grass to grow in the Spring. It also turned out that I would have to pay another $450 to have them come in the Spring, because fertilizing and grub treatment were offered, but not included in the Fall package. Thanks to them, our lawn looks awful.

  Shelah, We're sorry you're disappointed. Your fall/winter combo prepayment was made 9/23/2020, and we completed aeration and seeding on your property 14 days later as stated, on 10/8/20, and then 2 fertilization treatments and a lime treatment in 2020. These services did not include grub control or spring service, as we discussed and sent many renewal requests for the spring season. We never received a call from you to let us know you weren't satisfied previously—please call our office at (508) 303-8080 to discuss this situation at your convenience.

  I am a first year customer with a newly installed lawn... I didn’t have high hopes when I first started with a treatment plan based on what my lawn looked like! But with Natural Lawns plan of action, the technicians advice and attention to detail, he was able to transform my lawn into one that my neighbors envy!! My calls to customer service were met with knowledge and understanding(hard to find these days). Thanks for a great Season, and we look forward to many more years with Natural Lawn ! -Eric

  I have been a customer with NaturaLawn of America since 2004 - at 3 different homes. They are great and my lawn is healthy and looks great! They are always very professional. If there are any issues they are always responsive. I highly recommend them.
