This is the first time using a Lawn Service and we were extremely happy with the Tech Bret. He was extremely knowledgable, freindly and took the time to further explain everything to us regarding the treatment he applied and the upcoming service. I'm sorry that I can't write anything about the program as it's our first treatment. Keep up the good work Bret.

I was a customer for 4 years, and each year there was a different excuse for why my yard had bare patches and weeds. So this year I switched, in my mind for just one year, to another company that uses more toxic means. I didn’t renew my contract, but they came out when I was on vacation and did the first application, and charged me for it. When I called, the woman said she wished I had given her a chance to fix the weed problem. I felt I had given them 4 years, and they weren’t so concerned then. And she didn’t do anything about the charge I have to pay, because it is in the fine print that they automatically come out each year unless you go through a cancellation process. I will find another organic company next season.

We did make sure to make you aware of the renewal multiple times throughout each year you were with the service including mail, email, recorded voice messages, and application notes. We apologize if you felt that was ‘fine print’ as we do our best to communicate in multiple ways with customers to eliminate this type of confusion. We certainly wish you the best moving forward.
