  They've had my chainsaw for 8 weeks and they still haven't gotten around to servicing it. When I asked for a time frame of when they will have it done they can't give an answer. I just want my saw back now and I'll never use them again for any servicing of any kind!

  Highly recommend, I called for help from the East Coast with an emergency because of a sudden extremely rare very cold cold front that came in and I needed help winterizing my very expensive power washer that was too big to carry up a flight of stairs to get it into the house. Even though they knew I was calling from the east coast and obviously would never be actually buying or spending money at their business they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping me figure out how to do this, as there was nobody open on the East Coast because it was already 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night. Wish we had more people like this on the planet. Thank you again!
