Place is a little disorganized but they have alot of hard to find items both in general and in the store itself.  It does save a trip to the big box stores if you're working in the area. Staff is friendly  and cut me some good pipe I needed in a pinch.

My first impression of this establishment was how sort of rundown it looks BUT they absolutely make up for it with the service they provide. There is always someone waiting at the front for customers to show up, ask them what they need help looking for and to provide any assistance possible here. It blows places like home depot out of the water where I can go and literally talk to no one throughout the browsing and purchase process. I will definitely be coming back because of their excellent level of service and awesome helpfulness when I'm in the middle of a project and require more supplies. Also they speak Spanish and English! Thanks Murray's hardware!

Amazing customer service. Feels like old school hospitality and these folks have no problem if you ya need to return an item ya purchased just as long as ya have your receipt 😊

Extremely welcoming-even 10 minutes before closing. Helped me find what I needed and made me day much better overall. I will definitely be coming back, just to see some friendly people! Closes at 6pm still !

Always great service from the cashiers to the store helpers...all very knowledgeable of what your looking for....even to the screen/glass repair man...very reasonable prices...thanks
