  MTD designed and built an addition to our garage that we are very happy with. We were originally going to put a "lean-to" style enclosure off the side of the garage, but Matt and his team were able to design a structure that worked with the existing roof truss system. The end result looks much nicer and we're quite pleased. Matt was easy to coordinate schedules with and was very accommodating.

  This company is full of promises and never comes through. I had them install a new lawn this past summer, and my home is in the center and always is in full sun on sunny days. They used shade seed and it came in as witch grass. Their first mowing was done with a monster mower that pulled all the new seedlings and left clumps of cut grass. When I complained the owner said that he would come back and put new seed down. This never happened. If you use this company, be prepared to be very sorry with the results. They never follow up and refuse to return phone calls.

  We have used MTD's for a variety of services at our home from carpentry, to tile work, to plowing and sanding. We have always been happy with the quality of their work and customer focus.
