  I called and left a message with questions on new products. Someone called me back the same day and answered my questions. Went in the next week and purchased two new pieces of equipment. Even though they were super busy that day they took the time to walk through the equipment with me and ensured I was good to go! Mr B’s is a great small mom and pop store. Much better customer service experience than a big box store. Would highly recommend you do business with them!

  I visited Mr. B's Small Engine Repair, when my pressure washer was leaking massive amounts of fuel. I took my carb apart and took the damaged parts to Mr. B. He stated he would be happy to either sell me the parts I needed for approx. $15, or he could do the job himself for around $150. I opted for the $15 dollar route and couldn't be happier. Honest proprietor, looking out for his customers! Hard to find these days, but Mr. B is truly one of these people! Highly recommended. Thanks again!
