      Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. It is really hard to get them on the phone. I had to leave messages for them to call back; They had my mower for several weeks without working on it. I called my insurance to find a vendor who can fix my mower which was only the brake cable that broke down. They recommended Mowers and more, they did a great job by picking the mower up a day after. When I finally got in touch with them, he said he still waiting for the insurance to approve it. I called the insurance company again and they said we’ve been trying to reach them but obviously it’s impossible to reach them because their wonderful phone system. Thank you for the response. The initial reason why I was so upset was because the cable wasn’t purchased in anticipation when you received the mower and knew what the problem was. Meanwhile, it was the insurance that told us that was the problem from day one, and then they okayed the pickup of the mower. The cable should have been ordered at that very moment, to ensure that the project would get started. I would have been happy to pay for the part, regardless of whether in the insurance covered it or not. I needed my mower to be fixed. I hoped for more communication throughout this process from you guys. Thank you

      Alin, I'm sorry you had a very bad experience with us. I understand that while it seems weird, we do respond to messages left on our answering machine, in our texting system, as well as email. Regarding your insurance...unfortunately, we do have to wait for Asurion, your third-party warranty, to approve repairs since the work order was dispatched through them. One of the things that I think was confusing regarding this: there are two pre-approvals (three if you count the manufacturer). With Asurion, we go through a pre-approval for pickup and delivery as soon as we get the dispatch. Then a second time after we diagnose and prepare an estimate. While Asurion had told you the approval had come through, they had failed to mention (at the time of that call) that it was for transportation. This all happens on a web portal set up by Asurion and through email. As a normal course of business, they do not need to call us, but if they do, they leave a message and we return the call as we do with any of our messages. This does add significant time to the process since they are paying for it. If I recall, once we got your approval to cover the cost in the event that warranty did not approve the repair, we moved forward (luckily they did approve it and your cost was $0). This does not even begin to address the astronomical delays in getting parts, as a result of the pandemic (we're tired of hearing about it, too). Our number one goal is to make sure our customers get their equipment back in the condition it is intended to run in and we hope that you, too, can enjoy your machine now that it has been restored to OEM specs. We were able to do this for $0.00 out-of-pocket cost to you since we handle the paperwork with manufacturers as well as 3rd party insurance companies directly, eliminating the need for customers to seek reimbursements from them (in almost all cases). We hope that some of the information above helps explain a bit about the processes involved.       I took my generator to mowers and more for a warranty engine replacement. This company is excellent . Great guys great service and a they actually call you back. I will recommend them to everyone.

      I took my lawn mower to Mowers & More on a recommendation from my son and I am so happy with the result. They figured out very quickly what was wrong and what needed to be done in order to fix it. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business - their staff treats everyone like family and their professionalism and knowledge base is second to none. The world needs more small businesses like this. Will be using them from now on!
