Outstanding customer service the kind you don't get from Ace Hardware simply because Ace will sell you anything just to move a product. They being a service center that works on equipment they have a working knowledge of equipment and thus can give working knowledge to a buyer who just wants something to work after purchasing! No pressure no fuss very pleasurable experience they go through the equipment thay sell making sure its up to standard! I'm very pleased to have purchased a stihl chainsaw from them it actually starts even when I purchase the same saw from Ace and took it back 4 time to no avail! What a difference it makes to deal with people who know what they are selling and won't let leave the store till you know how to work what your buying they are now my go to folks for equipment they have earned my trust! I recommend them

First time trying this place and was assured I would get quality customer service. This was the worst customer service I've had at any mower business. The ladies up front are rude, interrupt when you're talking and act as if they could care less about having your business. I request to talk to the owner or manager to just get told they aren't there. I want contact from the manager or owner to let them know how I feel about their business and personal.

I’m sorry you weren’t happy today. Since your review I (owner) contacted you and I think we have reached a mutually acceptable resolution to your complaint regarding us plugging a tire on your mower rather than patching it. You said you were satisfied with the repair work on your engine and I hope you won’t let a simple tire repair keep you from coming back. If you’re satisfied after talking to me would you consider upping your 1 star review as I think we’ve hopefully made you more satisfied. Thank you.

Used this place a couple of times and both times the same hassle (Warranty work on mower and repairs to a chainsaw) Rude customer service and they absolutely despise working on anything sold by their competitors. They have no problem letting you know how much they hate their competitors and scolding you for doing business with them. Seems like they feel entitled to your business even though they do nothing to earn it. *Note for owner, These reviews are a format in which customers and potential customers can communicate with each other. They are not subject to your approval and you getting defensive just makes things worse and reinforces the bad customer service point. Instead of seeing the bad reviews as a personal attack, use them as a tool to improve your business because for every bad review, there are 10+ customers who will never come back, never tell you their experience, and will just tell everyone they know to stay away. If you would like better reviews, simply provide better service because arguing with us only makes you look worse. Please take this advice seriously. As a local, I'd love to give you another chance the second you decide to improve. Response: If I were you, I would deny having this interaction with me too. If you don't want to do warranty work, then don't. That's your choice. But, if you are going to accept a job and treat a customer poorly, you deserve a poor review. I see you refuse to take the constructive criticism I offered, so instead of giving you another chance, I'll just continue steering everyone I know, away from your business. You obviously don't care about your customers or their experiences, and so far, I've been able to spare at least 5 people from enduring your poor attitude. Those are dollars out of your pocket because you refuse to check your ego, and many more will follow. Good luck with your expansion. Just imagine how much faster your business would grow without your personal vendettas. Sad really.

This is your second 1 star review. The other one was removed by google because it was inappropriate. First of all to those reading this review, I have never had a Matt Hamilton leave any product for repair at my store. As far as us working on things that are sold by competitors, it is totally our choice to do that. We are not bound to work on something you bought somewhere else. Most people know that when they buy items from Lowes or Home Depot, they do not have a repair shop and therefore when something goes wrong you're on your own and have to find a place to work on it. We are also not obligated to fix something for you that is under warranty. In fact, many independent dealers do not take in anything to work on that was not bought at their store and if you ask them why they will usually say it is because of customers like you that expect them to jump through hoops to fix something bought elsewhere or that the warranty paperwork is not worth it. At this point we are providing warranty repairs on the majority of items bought at the big box stores. We do not despise our competitors and I would not scold you for shopping at another store. If that store has earned your business then you should continue to shop there. There is plenty of business to go around in this community. In fact I am expanding into a new 6000 square foot facility across the street because my business is growing exponentially. What I have learned in dealing with google reviews is that the majority of people that leave reviews are those like you who have an axe to grind. I typically either get a 1 star or a 5 star, very few 2, 3 or 4 star. I appreciate all reviews and will always try to respond with my perspective so people can make their assessment.
