  The staff here are top-notch! I bought my first chainsaw here for light yard duty. They made sure I knew all the safety features and how to start it before I left. A year later I went back and they helped me with a file to sharpen the blade. That also came with personalized help on how to sharpen. Skip the big box retailer because you will not get this kind of personalized customer service or knowledge.

  They have a Great mechanic that has helped me more than once but if you call the parts dept to order parts for a Cub Cadet beware . I called to buy a coil for my lawn tractor was told that the part was discontinued and i would need to buy a new engine or new mower. After contacting another cub cadet dealer i found that in fact the parts were readily available and ordered them with no problem and i had the same issue with a belt tension spring which i ordered direct from cub cadet with no issue .
