  Mountain shadow was very quick to respond to us needing to turn off the sprinkler system at our new house. They explained our sprinkler system to us and walked us through exactly what they were doing and how our system works. I would recommend them

  I had this company come out and spray my lawn for weed control. The day they came out it was a heavy downpour and I was worried that the chemicals wouldn’t take. I called the same day with my concerns and spoke with the owner Charity, she told me to wait a few weeks and if it didn’t take they would come back out. I called two weeks later to inform them that it didn’t work. She told me they would send someone back out. A month later on July 4 they stated they sent someone to my home to re spray at 7 in the morning. No one came and re sprayed because I have a pad lock leading into my property. Now they are stating very rudely that I have to pay them regardless even though no service was completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They provide awful service and have the worst customer service, I would rate them at a zero but it doesn’t give you that option. I recommend staying as far away from this company as possible unless you like throwing your money away.

  They never answer their phone!! always goes to voicemail Never return a phone call asking about turning on a sprinkler system still haven't heard nothing back. 6/8/21 now 6/20/21 still nothing...give them -5 🌟
