  On April 1, 2021 a Mountain Advantage employee met us at our house to go over desired landscaping projects. We were interested in having a plan drawn up and executed. The designer said it would be 2-3 weeks before we would have a plan in hand. After 3 weeks I contacted him and was told he was trying to “catch up” with existing projects and it would be a few more days before he got back to us. 5 weeks after our original site visit we were still waiting to be contacted. So I called the Mountain Advantage office and was thrown into voice mail. I left a message explaining our time line and desire to learn what might be going on with our “plan.” Several days have passed with no feed back. The company appears to be unresponsive and irresponsible. What a waste of our time!

  Had fence estimate done on 3/12. Daniel told me he would have estimate to me by 3/18. As of 3/20 no estimate, I called to ask about it and he told me next week he would get it to me. I had to do all the follow up, they never reached out to me. If they don't want to do this type of work then don't waste my time.

  Called, left a message, and emailed about a substantial job. 3 weeks later...They never responded. Strike 1 2 3, they're out.
