  They do not call you back, or honor their warranty. We spent a lot of money and there is no response from them. We started calling in May to replace our tree and shrubs that didn't make it over the winter. It is July and we still haven't heard from anyone and we still have dead trees and shrubs. Extremely frustrated!

  I've never hired them, but they've done work next to me. They seem to do the work fast and well. However, I am upset that they were all over my private property when I was not their employer nor were they working on my property (the left tools sitting around, trash in my yard, etc.). I am also upset that they used my faucets (for my hose) to refill their water bottles without my permission. That is stealing, and it's extremely unprofessional.
