  Did a clean up for us a couple years ago, but now I’ve tried to get services from their company (tried mowing, fertilization and spring and fall clean ups) and this is the response I get when trying to book services: Kim, I will not be able to help with your fall clean-up. Thank you for the consideration. -Ben. This is very upsetting and our family is very confused why we cannot get services with a company when we are a paying customer. I was told last year they were booked up and to get on schedule earlier, so I emailed last year to get on this years schedule and followed up just a couple days ago to ensure we were all set. However the response said otherwise. I think it’s a very poor response provided to customers and when you have returning customers, you shouldn’t turn them away without trying your best to provide services to them. It’s clear that this company does not want or need our business and instead of just saying that or explaining anything, they allow us to request service each year. No thank you, a Moretta. We wouldn’t call you now if you were the last option we had. Thanks for the harshness and the rude responses. That’s a great way to treat a previous customer.
