  Marvin came to my house to cut my grass many times in the past. Some months ago, he and his brother came to cut my grass and pressure wash my fence. During their visit, my water hose was damaged even though it was elevated and on a garden hose holder. When I came to see the damage, Marvin didn't accept responsibility. He just stated that it could be repaired. I didn't take any action that time. I just left them in my yard working while I went to Walmart to purchase a new water hose. Recently, Marvin comes back to my house to mow my lawn. He leaves and doesn't stick my garden hose holder back in the ground like he saw it originally. Instead, he leaves it lying on the floor along with my water hose spread out all over the ground. A week passes. I go to use my hose and water is gushing out of the side of my hose, which is exactly what happened to the first damaged hose that I replaced earlier. So, I texted Marvin to make him aware that my hose was damaged once again and I suggested that he give me a free cut to make everything right. He has not responded for 2 days already. So, I am now writing this review to inform current and future customers of his unprofessionalism.

  I contacted this service yesterday and advised the lady that I was interested in having my lawn mowed and it had not been cut in approximately three to four weeks because my previous gardener was injured in an accident. I also advised them that I had a very bad back and could not do it myself. I inquired about weeding, edging and pruning as well, but for that I needed an estimate. I had them come out today, but unfortunately my son had a medical emergency and I had to leave before they arrived. I left a check under the door mat. When I returned home I was in utter shock to find that the cut grass was not collected and strewn all over my lawn. Several areas were improperly cut, not cut at all, or the grass was cut all the way down to the root system. When I called to report my concerns, the response was unapologetic, void of empathy and the lady even cited the grass height when I mentioned that I have had great service for less. My wife and I raked up and disposed twelve tall kitchen bags of cut grass and weeds. The lawn looks horrible. I will NEVER use them again or recommend this service to anyone who cares about the appearance of their lawn.

  Great company...I had been out of town for a month so my grass had grown tall. Marvin made it look like the grass had never overgrown. Will be using them from now on!!!
