  I called and talked to a sales person, discussed what tractor and implements I wanted and he was to check on everything and call me back. 2 months later, I purchased a new tractor and implements from a dealership that followed through with their word, and the other dealership gained a client for life. I really wanted to do business with Moore's, but my money will go to who is responsive and take of us and our needs. Supply chain issues do not excuse not standing by your word and lack of communication on your part.

  Randy and all the team at Moore's service center are top-notch. Easy going and honest are good way to describe these guys. They're not out to rob you, and they do great work. They even dynoed my tractor to make sure it was putting out every bit of horsepower it was rated at after the service. Another thing that will have me coming back is the friendly attitude I got from everyone that I dealt with. I value a face-to-face relationship with the people I spend money with, and these are great people to deal with. I will be back and highly recommend to everyone.

  Called Michael yesterday and worked with him on purchasing a new Kubota x900 rtv. Michael gave me the impression from his etiquette on the phone that it was not important to make a sale. He proved it this morning when I called asking for a credit application to purchase the unit and a trailer and he surely sounded a little ruffled. He confirmed my email address to send the credit application but he never did and never even bothered to call to see if I got it. Lousy salesmanship, Michael! I am going Temple to buy my unit. It seems Moore is too rich for a credit customer!
