  After a positive experience using Moore's Landscaping several years ago for a previous home, I did not hesitate contacting Tim for a second project at the new home. He did not disappoint. Quality of materials and workmanship are second to none. Tim did not leave the job site until he was convinced I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend, and I know I will use Moore's Landscaping again for the next project.

  I moved into a new subdivision in June of last year and the grass was not established in the backyard; it was mostly clay and would get really soggy during wet weather, which was not good as I have dogs and they’d track clay inside the house. I asked Tim to come out last fall for a consultation for grass seeding and strawing; he was on time and advised me on how to fix the messy backyard situation. Tim quickly booked the backyard project into his schedule; he sprinkled fertilizer and top soil to give the grass seed (that was so desperately needed) some nutrients. He also laid straw matting (as well as loose straw). I now have a yard that’s mostly green! My dogs aren’t tracking in nearly as much clay when it rains. Also, I asked him about coming out to throw more grass seed on the remaining (and expected) bare spots and he offered to come overseed and straw the yard in the needed areas free of charge (which I totally didn’t expect) just because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work he did. Tim is a great guy to work with and is easy to talk to. He’s diligent and works in a very timely manner. He’s also available to answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Moore’s Landscaping if you’re needing work done in the Knoxville area.

  I had an appointment with Tim Moore in August (I believe) where he came to my home and we discussed options for weeding my highly neglected flower beds, removing/relocating some plants, mulching, and building a retaining wall. I always do my research and weigh my options, so I received quite a few quotes and plans from at least 5 landscaping companies who do similar work. Moore's Landscaping had a great price and a clear vision as to what it would take to tackle the project. Out of all the other companies I spoke with, I immediately knew I could trust Tim and knew he would be transparent. My instinct wasn't wrong. I also chose Moore's Landscaping because there was absolutely no pressure to push forward with the project. Tim was very patient with my constant delays and always remained professional. On the day of the project, Tim introduced me to Matt and they both got to work. The end result exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. The work was completed ahead of schedule (October 8, 2020) and on-budget. Please note, Tim or Matt didn't have anything to do with my horrible grass situation you see in the pictures. That might be our next project because I would definitely hire them again.
