  So in the spring I was looking for a lawn service company to service my lawn in Indianapolis Indiana. I figured I would look around for a small company to give them my money. I’m a business owner as well and I’m always looking to support other small businesses. I seen a landscape truck and trailer at a gas station so I inquired about cutting my yard. The gentleman I talked to came every other week and mowed my yard and we paid him in cash and he would write us out a hand receipt. I travel out of town a lot for work, so that’s why I wanted my lawn taken care of while I was gone. Everything was going great until a couple of weeks ago. I asked the gentleman to do some extra more than cutting. Trim the bushes, spray the driveway etc. He knows my girlfriend doesn’t get home from work until 12:30 and if she isn’t there, he doesn’t get paid as nobody is home. He did the extra services, WHILE NOBODY WAS HOME. He then proceeded to come back multiple times, CHECKING THE GRILL FOR CASH as we had left him cash in it before so he could get paid. He then came back multiple times and checked the grill, but would only do it in the morning when my girlfriends car was gone. Another week goes by, the grass is still growing up. Now we are at almost a month and no cut. Finally we had enough, and she called YOUR service. You answered, she told you what was going on and you looked into it. You called her back, and then said you would call us back. Come to find out, the man was cutting our grass under the table, and Mohr Lawn service had no clue. As a business owner, I consider that theft if one of my employees do that. Instead of making it right, and getting back to us you just never did. Now we are trying to find someone to cut our grass because you had shady employees working for you. Very unprofessional the way you handled this situation, and never even called us back. Don’t use Mohr Lawn service, even after their employee pulled this, they haven’t done anything to reach out to us and fix it since. If I could, I would give them a negative star.

  I have had this company do everything from re-grading my yard to help with water runoff, landscaping, weed control and Lawn mowing when i was unable to. They are professional and always a good price. This is always my first choice no matter the size of the job.

  The owner Steve made sure I felt comfortable with the plan to landscape my entire 4 acre yard. He knew that I was younger and would for sure look for the best price. He was more then willing to work with me and was a great pleasure to talk to. Not only did he walk me though every step of the process and make sure I was comfortable, the job was great. The employees were friendly - although not in uniform- I received great care. I did not have a single complaint about the service Mohrs Lawn and Garden provided me. Steve is a very honest , professional, helpful man and I really recommend his company. He also owns pleasant view towing and has really helped me out when my car has been bad too. So glad I found this company and Steve Mohr. I appreciate his help with my yard, towing, and selling me a new car!
