I took a couple of mowers to be repaired at Mobile Mowers earlier this summer. An issue arose when their mechanic quit without notice. They were more than willing to work with me on a solution which I greatly appreciated. I definitely will go back to them again.

They can get you taking care of. They know what their doing and they are good at it

They couldn't fix anything I brought to them. When it came to getting warranty service on one of the tools, they made insulting false accusations and claimed that the tool's defect isn't covered by the warranty. Don't buy Poulan equipment, and don't do business here.

Just spent 10mn on the phone with Brad (the Mecanic that I never met and who’s about to start working on my mower) and it felt like I was taking to my best friend who wanted to make sure.he would get the best result for the lowest cost… it was simply great talking to him!

We have been customers of Mobile Mower Repair for 28 years now. They have either had in stock what we needed or they ordered it for us. They have always treated us fairly and their prices are reasonable. Yes, we will be returning.

Excellent prompt service! While my mower wasn't a serious challenge to get going, Brian quickly id'ed the issue and fixed it quickly!

I wouldn’t buy as much as a spark plug here. They charged my credit card for $80 as a down payment for repairs that I decided less than an hour later  not to have done because of the expected cost. They didn’t do as much as turn as wrench or screwdriver.

Great employees they where kind and  Courteous very helpful they could give a transplant to an elephant everybody had BIG HEARTS! Lol.. I had my mower worked on ( fixed) and I definitely want to say thank you!  ..
& yes they had on masks due to covid if ya wondering!

CONSUMER BEWARE. .....We took a couple of mowers in to get serviced.  One was runnning rough and they were suppose to call back to see if it’s even worth fixing.  Not only did they not call, they said they did and we gave them permission to proceed.  So we ended up spending over $220 to Service 2 mowers for the year.  The second one made it 2 rows of mowing before it died.  They then wanted another couple hundred dollars to fix it.  I guess that’s why everyone else is 3-4 weeks behind and these guys were able to
Do it in a few days. 🤯
Do yourself a favor and do your research.  We chose the closet place to us😪

This company did a wonderful job on my mower.  It's working like new again!  The customer service was excellent!  Tammy was especially helpful!  T
