  Doesnt even answer the phone. then posts no voicemails, after calling me saying they got my voicemail...

  I’m sincerely sorry and apologize for missing your call…we do not have any messages left on our voicemail Update : yes I did respond that we did not receive a voicemail because we did not have any voice messages left on our answer machine that we use to receive all our customers messages. I wanted to quickly respond to your review and upon further investigation we found out that all message were being sent to spectrum voice. I left you voice message not only apologizing again but also thanking you for bring this to our attention because had you not we would have missed many others call. So again we are truly sorry we missed your call and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your review
