  I've been extremely disappointed this year with their snow plow service. We have a contract with them that they plow when snow is above 2" and plowed 2 times a day, once before 630am and once before 6pm. With this years snow we have had 1 plow that was before 630 and when we've had day long excessive snows we are lucky to see them once a day. In addition they have plowed a pile of snow at the end of driveway that makes it extremely difficult to get the cars out of the garage. Never had that issue prior. Also they reviewed and stacked the driveway for plowing prior to the season hitting but now find that it's difficult to plow the driveway due to the size of their vehicle. Calls to fix their errors and requested timeliness have fallen on deaf ears as we are once again waiting on them to arrive and it's nearing 8am.
