I worked for Brad for a month handling all his lawns in Detroit Lakes area along with another guy and now he refuses to pay us for our time we worked and did his yards and docks he keeps making excuses saying he’s waiting for money to clear...it shouldn’t take 2 months for money to clear its Simple people work for you you pay them simple i would stay clear of this company and Brad Jacobson he may get your yard mowed but won’t pay the folks actually doing it just a heads up to the Community

This guy stole hundreds of dollars from EVERY paycheck of mine. Refuses to even give me my last paycheck at all. Speaking of that, Bradley Jacobson decided to end my employment because I was only hired for a tax break. The further explanation I was given was because "he was sick of dealing with me". He was "sick of dealing with me"? I quickly learned to not bother him with questions like missing hours from my checks because of his aggressive unprofessional demeanor. Despite many pleads to calmly discuss things with respect, Bradley Jacobson insisted on aggressively bullying me to the point where I became physically afraid of him. Not a lie, to call him a bully is being too nice. Yet, I continued to work for him because I personally cared for his clients, which by the way, he frauds. He frauds his customers, he frauds the state, he frauded us. You can not trust a word he says. Its honestly difficult for me to keep this short as I could go on for hours. I will end this with this thought which I found particularly sick, he pushes his employees far beyond any legal limit of work. I say work because I mean that in multiple facets. Hours, duties, etc.. I have personally witnessed him push an employee to work over 40 hours straight last winter. 40 hours plus! Without a break. And of course he moved those hours around and surely deleted a good chunk of them. Tell me how thats a business you feel like you should put your dollar towards.
