  Called them twice to come out to price our landscaping job. After two phone calls someone came out. He was very knowledgeable and it was a good experience. However he promised to get pricing to us by a certain day and never did. We emailed after that date to check up and no response.I really don’t get this at all. How can a business owner even think this is acceptable?

  Joyce, we truly apologize for your experience with not receiving a timely bid. We are a small company and this is our busiest season of the year, as landscaping work is seasonal by nature. We have many customers who are all seeking bids this time of year - and our team is working as quickly as we can to get bids back to our customers. Each customer’s needs are unique and in order to provide the level of quality that we as a company have served Boone County residents with for 35 years, these bids do take time and thought to prepare. We do not believe anyone on our team has spoken with you, however, when your husband called we did mention that we are extremely busy this time of year and that we'd try and get a bid back to him by last Friday. Unfortunately we never saw your email. The email you are referring to included a first name and no last name, which went to spam. This email turned out to be your husband’s, and we only found his email after reading your review and searching our spam folder. We always appreciate the opportunity to make resolutions directly with our customers rather than via Google. If there is anything we can do to help, please give us a call and we would be more than happy to help in any way we can.

  Julie and her crew did an amazing job. They exceed our expectations. They are by far some of the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. Every question was answered quickly and honestly. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up every evening. The forman on the job always had time for answer any questions. I will recommend Mill Creek to anyone who asks.

  In response to mill creek landscaping it was over 5 years ago and i had purchased 2 or 3 truck loads of your river rock for job i was on that wasnt far from your location hence the picture of the truck loaded with rock it was under the company i was working for at that time ram jack division of gibbs company they are no longer in business tho to the reason i only gave you 4 stars i don't remember exactly considering it's been 5yrs now
