  Mike sold me the best Echo backpack blower, that I didn’t even know I wanted. He also patiently walked me through, on the phone at 8pm, how to fuel and fire it up when I was in a once in a lifetime situation where I needed to finish a particular job fast. Now I’m an expert at it so I don’t need him. But that one night he came through and earned a customer for life. Oh yea, and there was that second time I forgot there was an ON button and it wouldn’t start… He came through once again. I’m a big fan of Mike’s Lawnmower.

  Very rude lady on the phone. Told me they could not take my mower for a routine service. I wanted the blades, oil , and sparkplugs changed. Isn't this what you provide as a business.

  Ryan, I happened to be nearby when your call came in. We explained that we could do routine maintenance, however, you then went on to explain that you had another issue. That issue needed to go through a technician, not through general service. Due to the volume of machines we sell, we only work on our brands during the peak season, which has started now. If we took in every brand it would be a disservice to our customers because the shop would be clogged with hundreds of machines. We have to take care of the customer that purchased from us. That is the commitment we made to them when they purchased from us. Please understand, there are only so many hours a day and those are committed to our current clientele. We do take trades if you wish to purchase a machine that we could service. Thank you.

  Mike and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. As I am new to zero turn mowers, I had many questions and I admit I was a little worried when it came to making such a big purchase. Mike answered all of my questions, without once making me feel rushed or stupid. He took the time to assess my needs and identified a mower that was perfect for my family and well within my budget. He went over and demonstrated the mower controls, reviewed the maintenance & care that would be required, and he is even going to deliver the mower! I couldn't be happier with my experience and I would highly recommend this business to all my friends & family.
