  We had Midstate come out on October 26. The issues I've been having with them ran from October to March. All this time I've been receiving notices of fees on my account because I haven't been paying, but they haven't completed all the work or fixed the damage they caused. On the day of the job, I received notice only 2 hours before work started. I had NO other indication that work would be happening on that day. Each time they come to my house to do anything, I never had any warning. Whether it was the quote, the trimming, or the repair to my broken fence. When they would arrive I would receive 3 calls back to back. Then they would proceed onto my property like they owned the place. As I teach from home, I can't just walk away from my classes because they want my attention. In order to get my fence fixed, I had to call a number of times. Each time I was told they'd send someone out, but no other information than that. 0/10 Will not recommend. Will not use again. I would rather go buy a chainsaw, which I have no idea how to use, and risk my life than have to deal with this company again.

  Like many have already commented, when I got home from work the day they did the tree removal/trimming, I would have had no idea they were there except the fact that I could see the tree and brush were gone. They did such a great job of cleaning up that it seemed no giant truck/people had even been there. The estimate was the exact price of the service, which is much appreciated. They get the job done and done well. Thank you!

  More "impressed" I could not be. Rob came out and gave me an estimate less than 2 days ago. His estimate was very fair and he told me it would be a few weeks before they could do the work. I said no problem. We were gone for a few hours this morning and when we came back the tree was down, stump was ground, and mess cleaned up. Wow!!!!! is all we can say. Extremely impressive Midwest Tree Service. Thank you so much for the great service!!!
