  We used the landscaping service many years ago which was fine, but in recent years the snow plowing service has been very poor. This past winter the drivers have plowed up our lawn and shrubs as well as breaking an in-ground raised garden bed. All of which they offered to have repaired in the spring. Mr. Bianco was directly contacted and agreed but did not respond to repeated efforts to come and repair the damage. His office only sent a request to reserve plowing service for next winter. Needless to say, that won't be happening as we expect responsible action, honesty and commitment to service promises as the standard of practice in this business.
