  I contracted with Messenger's to do some flower bed cleanup and lay new sod for the side yards and back yard. I paid half of the invoice as over half of the sod is dead. I have been calling and emailing for two months to get someone to meet with me to resolve....I just want it seeded or replaced. Today they told me that the account manager Todd, had told them he discussed this with me and if I did not pay the balance it would be sent to collections. Infuriating. I have never met Todd. I scheduled an appointment with him during a week day. I got there five minutes late and he had left. He would not return my calls or texts. This has gone on for two months.

  I was working from home in the condo that I own when 4 workers were supposed to be cleaning out the leaves in the back of our building’s parking lot. They directed all of the leaves, debris and trash into my patio area. My fencing was tore off, rocks hit several of my windows, furniture was knocked over and the whole thing was trashed. The employees ignored me when I tried to speak to them regarding the property damage. I would absolutely stay far away from doing any business with this company
