  Horrible quality, and takes forever. I honestly think if you hired a few random high schoolers the job would be better. They mow around my apartment every week, and will literally take 4+ hours in a range where I can hear them. They'll also keep coming back to the same spot multiple times, right in front of houses, which is extremely loud and annoying. They could just do it all at once. When you go outside afterwards, you'll see that the quality is also really bad. There will be random patches of grass that they didn't mow, and often they do so little that you can't see a difference at all. If you have a choice, never use this service. It's terrible and frustrating.

  Hi Raven 1082, We'd be happy to try to address your concerns. I'm not sure what property you are talking about, but it sounds like you think the job could be done more efficiently, and we're all for that. Some apartment complexes have large lawn areas or a lot of leaf debris, and mowers and blowers unfortunately make a lot of noise with current technology. We always try to work as quickly as possible, but we typically have to make repeated trips to the truck to dump debris and doing so takes time. We are also working within a time/money budget for the property. We strive for the highest level of care within that budget, focusing on the tasks that are the highest priority to the property manager or owner.
