  The owner said he would go look at the property and get back with me that day. I never heard from him so I called back the next day he said he would be out to my property that same day and would give me a call by 3pm I never heard back from him

  Expected this guy to come check out a property to cut, even told him I was gonna drive there to wait on him and he no showed without any contact. Really put me in a tight spot for later.

  Must have been a communication error somewhere. We stated we try to get by your property here shortly. You stated you would be there today and we stated if we missed you we would text you the price and you said ok. Not sure where you got what you stated out of our conversation
