  I have been trying to establish a Fescue lawn for years to no avail. It always died out in the summer no matter how I treated it. I put down Zoysia turf this summer and it is wonderful. No fungus problems. No weeds. No getting brown in the heat of the summer. Little watering. I live in a wooded area and get about 50% sun and the Zoysia has had no problem. Thanks Meadowspring Turf.

  Great place for getting sod. Have multiple different kinds, and are helpful to advise what will grow where. They to delivery or you can pick up directley.
