This place is not customer oriented. The owner just told me to basically screw myself because 3 juniper Taylor’s died that my wife and I purchased from them. No replacement, no store credit. Nothing.. and then he’s got his little assistant Kaitleen or Kathryn . What ever name is . She was highly unprofessional and rude . Stay far away from these people

I’m sorry that you feel this way, but I did drive 20 minutes out to your house to inspect the possible cause. Upon looking at the base of the trees, I found that there was extensive damage to all 3 bases, caused by a weed-eater. The bark was stripped, and when that happens, the trees aren’t able to survive. The warranty had expired a week earlier, and Kathleen and I did offer you a refund for half the purchase price, which we believe is fair considering the circumstances. We want our customers to be the most successful with their plants therefore, we offer a free service to come to your house and look at troubled plants. Again I’m sorry for your experience.

I actually found a ginkgo tree, finally. Nice people. A little more expensive than I'm use to, but they have lots of good stuff you don't find at the chain stores. Wide selection of big trees, shrubs, flowers. Lots of native Texas plants. Also very happy about my blueberry bushes I purchased from them a couple of years ago.

Meadors is a great garden center! Prices are good and the customer service is great.

An extremely well organized nursery with multifarious plants and trees arranged by type and size. It looks like an exotic oasis out back and the inside is adorned with colorful yard art. Great employees with an abundance of experience and knowledge to be able to answer any questions that anyone may have. Not only do they have a wide array of plants and trees, but they also have a great many pots of all different shapes and sizes. If you normally go to a mega store or specific chain of nursery.to do your business then I would suggest you stop going to those places ave give Meador Nursery a chance at earning your business. They'll do so and you won't feel anything but happiness that you gave them a chance. Your trees, flowers, and plants will also thank you by blooming extra large year after year! :-)

Nice local garden and nursery center in Denton/Argyle. Seasonal flowers and plenty of perennial and shrubbery for small home landscape needs. Shop local business first.

I have spent soooooo much money here lol. Super great staff and I could spend hours in their propogation greenhouse just looking at the flowers.

Always a pleasant experience here. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly, and they always have an amazing selection that's easy to navigate. It's not hard to spend hours here 😁

Meador Nursery consistently offers a fantastic selection of healthy and beautiful plants, including natives. For my money, you will not find a more helpful and knowlegeble nursery staff in Denton. Plus, they have the cutest shop inside that includes all manner of garden tchotchkes and vintage household items. I adore this place and the staff. Best nursery in Denton!

Experience was AWESOME! Met with owner Ted Meador and his lead designer for a job interview and both men were courteous, professional and incredibly welcoming. An attitude at a business usually originates from the top and trickles down so I'm sure the rest of the staff handles their conduct in the same manner. Products are going to be more expensive then the big box chains but you're paying for excellent customer service and a high-end product that the big stores are incapable of producing. Two thumbs up!!👍🏻👍🏽👍🏿👍
