Went for the weekend, our first cabin had plumbing issues. We were quickly upgraded to a different cabin. The cabins are fully functional with everything one would need for a great time. I was pleased with my visit to this establishment.

Very clean and spacious. It was a fun ladies end of winter retreat and we had a large refrigerator, and gas stove for cooking.  We were provided with relaxing cabin comfort all weekend.

Loved our stay in one of their ice castles! It was really clean and comfortable - perfect for our family of four. Caught a few small walleyes, no keepers. We'll be back!

Called to make appointment for snowmobiling a couple of weeks ago-  they were supposed to email to confirm- they never did- called to tell them that since they never confirmed, that we made other plans- Jen told us that the “cancellation Dept” would call us back in a few minutes.  No one ever called back- so we called them back 25 hours later -  after they had charged my credit card the full amount-  $400.  I spoke to Cindy.  She was pretty rude- like it was our fault they didn’t confirm- and they didn’t call us back like they said they would.  There were 50 mile per hour winds and white out conditions today anyway- so it would have been unsafe.  These people are incompetent and rude and are thrives!

We are sorry that you feel that way.  You were explained our cancellation policy when you reserved and you agreed to it, we also charged your card the deposit on February 4.  If there was an issue it should have been addressed then.  We did email you at janetrallen67@gmail.com, which sounds like it was supposed to be entered slightly different.  Maybe a typo.  Most guests that are concerned with not getting an email confirmation call back and verify an address not assume they did not get a reservation they were charged for.  When you called to cancel on February 17 the day before your reservation, you were informed you would be charged and you did not like that answer.  Like every other business in the world we have cancellation policies that we must stick to.  By reserving our equipment you deprived someone else the opportunity to utilize our snowmobiles.  Per our cancellation policy you were charged the remaining balance.  You were rude, entitled, and arrogant on the phone disrespecting our staff, of course they got defensive.  There was not a safety issue and all of our other renters enjoyed their ride yesterday.  It was snowing, they are snowmobiles that is what they are made for.  I am sorry, the only person in this situation that is rude, incompetent, and I  think you meant thief, is you.  You have stolen enough of our time here trying to unjustly claim that enforcing our cancellation policy, like any other business would, was wrong.  We hope you have a great day.

We had a girls night in one of the trailers. Both doors wouldn't shut. Had to have an employee come shut and lock both doors. Don't loose keys 50$ per key lost! Kitchen pans could use an update. Mattresses ok.

We are sorry your stay wasn't excellent.  The ground shifted in the cold and we are working today to get the trailer leveled so the doors will work properly.  We will be doing our spring inventory and ordering to utensils as well in the next month.  Thank you for staying with us.
