  Hired Knox and their company to do some grading for our back yard due to some ponding in the back yard. While they did a decent job grading the back yard, there were still two spots that were holding water after they were finished. After discussing this with Knox, he told me it should be an easy fix and admitted they likely cut just a little too much out of the yard and they would be back to fix it. Weeks went by and I texted Knox several times with no replies on when his group would come out and fix the job. I even tried to contact them through social media with no answer. Just beware if you use this group and something turn out wrong, they aren’t going to come out to fix it if they’ve already been paid. I was going to hire them to reseed my front yard but they have lost that job after this.

  I have used Knox for 2 years running now. First he always responds quickly and always shows up when he says and communicates very well, which I appreciate. He and his crew cleaned out my beds, trimmed my landscape, disposed of the debris, and mulched with a beautiful dark black fine mulch. Easy PayPal payment option. Definitely recommend and will use again.

  Knox and his guys were professional and courteous. Worked their butts off every day they were here. Very happy with their work!
