If your in the market for Lawn equipment and a great deal on (mowers, zero turn, Snow blowers, trimmers etc....) or parts. You HAVE to go see Art. He is a straight shooter in every sense. No nonsense type of guy. Even if it will cut into his profits he’ll make sure your getting the right product for your project. Don’t delay and trust my review. McHenry Power Equipment has superior products backed up with indispensable knowledge.

Good luck with your order. Paid extra for UPS shipping for two reasons. One to make sure it actually gets here (because of local USPS issues) and two because I needed the part this week. Once the item shipped it shows up as USPS. Called them to at least get refunded the difference I paid for the UPS shipping because now the part may not even show up and for sure the part won't arrive on time. Was told that they wouldn't do anything because it was a computer error on their side but that I was stuck with it. I'm really hoping the part eventually gets here so I never have to deal with McHenry again. Update: Yep...they responded and confirmed it was their problem but still nothing. No matter what I do I can't get them to understand there was two reasons I paid extra for shipping. Get it sooner and avoid USPS. How is a week of shipping time "expedited"? Their website stated 2 days with UPS. Even if it was a mistake they should have either shipped it another method to make it 2 days or offered a refund of the difference and let me know of the issue. Sort all the reviews by latest and I think you'll see a trend of poor customer service. Good luck.

Richard, I do apologize about the situation. However, your order was never supposed to be listed as UPS Ground. We did inform you that the shipping was calculated correctly for USPS Priority Mail, but it was mistakenly listed as UPS Ground. This was caused due to a glitch in the system. We are working to get this resolved, but you were charged correctly for Expedited Shipping.
