Terrible Customer Service for Consumer. I had a mulch blowing for 20 CF scheduled for May, 2018. They never arrived. I had my wife stay at home (per their request) that Monday, as we were only getting certain sections with mulch. When I called late in the day, I was told they were not coming as a truck recently broke down and they were using all trucks for commercial jobs. No "we are sorry". Also, if it broke down, why not proactively call customers to let them know/literally we had to accommodate them and they did not even bother to call. Never called back to reschedule and when I did, said not sure, truck still broke. Thus I had to cancel and use Lucas Lawn (who is similar price and actually does what they promise). I would STRONGLY recommend against McGinty...I realized the truck issue may be out of their control. But the lack of remorse/not contacting us was terrible.

I dealt with Adam Keppel. He provided a proposal in just a few days after my initial call. After accepting the proposal, the crew showed up a few days later and did a very professional job. Thanks to the whole team.

Experienced company that regularly provides guidance on the health of our trees. We have them on schedule to spray different species of trees throughout the year as well as our lawn. Expensive, but trustworthy.
