  Met with Brian multiple times to discuss the work I needed done on my house. He called me with a price which I agreed to. As the start date approached I asked for a contract. The contract did not have multiple things that we spoke about doing (on multiple occasions). He wanted more money to do the things we had already agreed to. Glad I asked for a detailed contract. Will not be using him, he really left me high and dry at the last minute.

  Great service...my yard came out amazing
