  Always accommodating, friendly and on time. Brings my dog a treat which is nice. They come out as many times as needed to treat recurring issues (ants, spiders etc) and never make you feel like the pest that needs eliminated. We get door to door solicitation for pest control all the time but will not leave mcclouds so long as they keep being as wonderful as they have been for years!

  I can’t say enough kind words about this company. Tommy has been spraying my house for years. He’s answered my frantic phone calls after hours, face timed with me, made a house call on a Saturday morning. Wonderful customer service. Every time I need them, McCloud’s stops by within 24-48 hours even though they’re slammed. Family owned and operated local business. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

  Recently switch from Orkin to McCloud's and couldn't be happier! My previous pest control company was in and out in 5 minutes. Tommy is very thorough at ensuring that things inside and outside are taken care of to control pest. My dogs didn't like the previous company and Tommy who is very friendly brings my dogs treats to warm them up to him. It's the little details that make McCloud's excel over their competitors. Darlene was also able to save me money on the monthly service fee. Saved money, better service = Happy Customer! Thank you McCloud's!
