We had a last minute issue where we needed a termite treatment before concrete was poured in the afternoon.  A call was placed to McCalls first thing in the morning as we use them for our regular household bug treatment.  Kelly answered the phone and went above and beyond to help us.  She was able to call the Gainesville location and get a tech out to the jobsite within the hour!  Amazing help and support!

Great experience with McCalls. Both technicians where friendly and professional. We just moved in and had flee treatment in the back yard and preventative done for the house. Mentioned a couple of spots of concern and tech was sure to address.

After years of treating my lawn I was not seeing any improvement and my lawn was in desperate need for a professional treatment. I decided to go with McCall's Lawn Service. Technician Kelly  Castaneda arrived to treat my lawn. He thoroughly inspected my lawn, explained the treatment plan, and the process. Kelly is very professional, friendly,and he took great pride in his work. He was very meticulous on treating the lawn and after he treated it he gave me instructions on when to water and the amount of time to water the lawn.He took great pride in his work. Kelly was great ! Within a few days the weeds were dying just as Kelly told me they would. Kelly knows what he is doing and I am thankful he is my technician. Thank you to McCalls's and to Kelly !

STAY far away. The service is not consistent nor is what I was told by office staff. I paid for removal of German roaches. 1st the salesperson could not even find them during inspection. After I captured one It was confirmed they are German roaches. 1st treatment the garage was never touched, even though I’m told these pests are like hitchhikers and the garage still had moving boxes. I called back requesting garage to be done but did not get a return call. 2nd treatment still no garage treatment. The technician sprayed aerosol even though it was requested no aerosol. I had to mop bathroom and kitchen to remove it as I was fearful my small dog would step in it. 3rd treatment went well but still no garage touched. But these pests still weren’t gone. I called back stating they weren’t gone and I was then told I needed to call within 2 weeks to reschedule if the pests were a problem. Of which I was never told. 4th treatment which I had to beg for went well, garage treated finally. And quarterly service pushed at every treatment, a total of 6 times in all. At this treatment I was told I have Asian roaches outside and they don’t survive inside. So 4 treatments in, did I have Asian roaches all along that I was charged for? Should I contact an attorney because you tried to poison my dog? Should they come back and treat the garage since they only did once? And how they expect me to pay for a quarterly service. This is total BS. I refuse to pay for more services when these things aren’t gone. So I’m going back to read my contract to see if I paid for a certain number of treatments or until they are gone. I can promise you this isn’t over.

Management has been notified of your concerns and will be in touch in an effort to resolve these issues.

I can’t say enough about our McCall representative Mr. Derrill Davis. He is extremely professional and provides a superior level of service that we have not experienced with other the pest control companies. If you decide to use McCalls, request Mr Davis and you will not be disappointed!

A good service technician such as Kelly makes all the difference when it comes to lawn Care. I have been using McCall for about 3 years with good results but now I have exceptional results because of the time and care that Kelly has displayed over the past year. I truly have a sit it and forget it lawn now!

McCall provides lawn care for fertilization, pest control, and weed control.
We are in our second year of using them for this work.  They are always prompt with their scheduled visits, and perform their work expertly.  We are completely pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

I did have an issue. Management is great. They have resolved all issues. Best pest control i think in florida. Great bunch of people that you mccalls service you are amazing.
