  Worked 4 years for these guys. 2 years as a helper and 2 years as a supervisor/foreman. Today I gave my 2 weeks notice and was fired essentially. Their exact words were "you can leave today." Not to mention I have been the only employee for over a year and a half, the only help I received was the help of the bosses child, 3 days a week. I tried to get them to hire another body and they basically refused. Time and time again they simply did not call the contacts I had left them about the job. Also, they pay on a biweekly schedule and you will not receive enough hours to make it worth your time now that the company is going downhill. There are no performance incentives for the people who DO bust their hump day in and day out, year after year. I would not work for these guys. Trust the words of someone who has given them 4 years of their time and have nothing to show for it. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They only care about themselves and their family and if you dare mention any wrongdoing you will be looked at like you're nothing.
