Matt did an outstanding job with a spring cleaning and first cut. He came on a Sunday and spent two hours fixing up our lawn. Professional job done; we look forward to having Matt and his crew service our lawn for the summer and fall! Highly recommend getting on his schedule - he'll take care of you!

Matt undertook a large landscape project for us and carried it out promptly and professionally. The results were superb. Our property has never looked better! He not only matched our expectations, he exceeded them. We will turn to him first the next time we need anything done in our yard.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know if it's just inexperience on how to run a business, but this was hands down the most incompetent service experience I've had in 10 years. After confirming a price and schedule, I was told they would be there on Tuesday or Wednesday, When those dates came and went (I had to text the owner (again) about when they would show up) he replied the next day that it would be "tomorrow or the next day" . There was no pro-active effort to notify the client that they would be late. When the next two days went by....I started to worry and called and texted the owner to make sure they were going to show up on the last day of the promised service. They DID respond and DID SHOW UP as promised. JOB PERFORMANCE - I notified the owner that the backyard would only be accessible by a push mower. I assumed he saw this, as he wanted to come look at the property pre-pricing the job. This either was never done...or never paid attention to, as confirmed by the crew when they called to inform me that they couldn't get a mower through the gate in the backyard. I was actually asked if I wanted the backyard mowed? Obviously, poor due diligence lead to this. I asked that they at least weed whip the backyard around the fence area and the rocks. Apparently, once it was realized this wasn't going to work (on account of the fence entry) the rest was a hack job with most of the work completely ignored. In my opinion, this company does not handle their business communications with customers professionally.

Thanks for the message and we apologize for letting you down on this one. This spring was a little hectic for us due to the amount of new clients we were attempting to take on and this caused us to drop the ball for you. To try to make things right we did not charge you for any service and will continue to work towards being pro-active as possible for our communications if we get behind.
